Ingredients

  • Hot dogs
  • Crescent rolls
  • Edible Eyeballs

Instructions

  • Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut each triangle into thin strips, roughly ¼ inch wide.
  • Take one hot dog and wrap it with a crescent roll strip, leaving a small opening for the “face.” Continue wrapping until the hot dog is fully covered, creating a mummy-like appearance.
  • Repeat this process for all remaining hot dogs and dough strips.
  • Arrange the wrapped hot dogs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t touch.
  • Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the dough is golden and fully baked.
  • Once cooked, remove the mummy dogs from the air fryer and let them cool briefly.
  • Place edible eyeballs into the exposed gap on each mummy. Use a small dab of mustard or ketchup if needed to secure them.
  • Enjoy the mummy dogs warm with your preferred dipping sauces such as ketchup or mustard.
