Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Alternatively, you can use a convection oven or an air fryer if you prefer.
  • Blend together the garlic, parsley, butter, oregano, chili paprika, and a pinch of salt until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Evenly spread the garlic butter on each bagel. Top each one with a slice of cheddar cheese, followed by a slice of Italian salami, and then a slice of prosciutto.
  • Gently create a small hole in the center of the prosciutto on each bagel to hold the egg. Crack an egg into the hole, letting the egg white spread a little. It's fine if some of the egg white spills over.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of chili paprika and salt on each bagel. Arrange the bagels on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 13-16 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the prosciutto becomes crispy and golden brown.
  • After baking, remove the bagels from the oven and allow them to cool for 2-4 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
