Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz soft goat cheese
  • 1.75 oz sour cream or Greek yogurt (about 1/4 cup)
  • 3.5 oz cream cheese (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp nuts, for garnish (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for slight sweetness)
  • croutons, crackers and sun-dried tomatoes for serving

Instructions
 

  • Heat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together goat cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth. Add minced garlic, olive oil, your choice of rosemary or thyme, salt, and pepper. For a hint of sweetness, blend in a teaspoon of honey.
  • Pour the cheese mixture into a small, greased baking dish.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden and creamy on top.
  • Remove from the oven, then sprinkle with chopped nuts and a drizzle of honey if preferred.
  • Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices, crispy crackers, or sun-dried tomatoes.
