Ingredients
  

  • 4 oven-baked donuts
  • 3-4 oz dark chocolate
  • 10 mini chamomile cookies
  • 8 marmalade carrots
  • 1 tbsp sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Break the chocolate into small, uneven pieces and place them in a bowl. Pour in 2 tablespoons of boiling water and melt the chocolate in the microwave using pulse mode for 15-second intervals.
  • Be careful not to overheat it; stop the microwave, stir, and check the consistency. The chocolate should be smooth, similar to condensed milk. If it remains too thick, add a little more hot water.
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto a shallow plate. Dip each donut into the chocolate, gently shaking it to coat the sides evenly.
  • Place the coated doughnut on a board with the chocolate side facing up.
  • Before the chocolate hardens, decorate each donuts with large embellishments like carrots and daisies. Repeat with the remaining donuts, covering and decorating them as you go.
  • Finish by sprinkling the donuts with colorful spring-themed sprinkles. Refrigerate for 40 minutes to allow the chocolate to set completely.
