  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, high-quality or sugar-free
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Iced White Chocolate Mocha

  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2-3 tbsp homemade white chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy etc)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • chocolate shavings or white chocolate chips
  • whipped cream
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Homemade White Chocolate Syrup

  • Gently heat white chocolate chips with heavy cream or milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and fully melted.
  • Take the saucepan off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract, stirring thoroughly to blend.
  • Set the syrup aside to cool slightly, allowing it to thicken naturally as it cools.

Iced White Chocolate Mocha

  • Brew a shot of espresso or a strong cup of coffee, then allow it to cool.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour in the cooled espresso along with 2-3 tablespoons of homemade white chocolate syrup. Stir thoroughly.
  • Pour in your preferred milk and mix until well blended.
  • For extra indulgence, top with a generous swirl of whipped cream. Garnish with white chocolate shavings, chips, or a drizzle of white chocolate syrup.
