Begin by dissolving the blue Jell-O in 1 cup of hot boiling water. Add 1 cup of cold water and mix well. Pour this mixture into your 1 oz shot glasses, filling them up one-third of the way.
Place the shot glasses in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to allow the layer to set.
White layer
Sprinkle two packets of unflavored gelatin over ½ cup of cold water, letting it sit for a few minutes to bloom. Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
Then, stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully incorporated. Let the mixture cool to room temperature. Once the blue layer has set, gently pour the white gelatin mixture over it, filling the shot glasses to two-thirds.
Place the glasses back in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set.
Red layer
Dissolve the red Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water, followed by 1 cup of cold water. Once the white layer has set, carefully pour the red mixture over the white layer, filling the glasses to the top.
Refrigerate for an additional 2-3 hours, or overnight for best results.
Garnish
Before serving, top each shot with a small amount of whipped cream and sprinkle red, white, and blue sprinkles over the whipped cream for a festive touch.
