This vibrant smoothie bowl combines frozen dragon fruit, mixed red fruits, and banana blended with creamy soy milk for a refreshing and nutritious breakfast. Topped with fresh berries, banana slices, and crunchy pumpkin seeds, it’s a colorful and satisfying treat to start your day.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit cubes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed red fruits, berries, raspberries, cherries, etc.
  • 1 cup soy milk, or any milk of your choice

Toppings

  • 3-4 strawberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add the frozen dragon fruit cubes, frozen banana, frozen mixed red fruits, and milk.
  • Blend everything together until smooth and fully combined.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add more soy milk to reach the desired consistency. If it's too thin, toss in a few ice cubes to thicken it.
  • Begin by washing, peeling, and slicing your toppings. Peel and slice the kiwi, hull and slice the strawberries, and peel and slice the banana.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and start adding your toppings in layers.

Notes

For a unique texture, freeze some of your toppings, like berries or banana slices, before adding them to your smoothie bowl. They’ll stay fresh longer and add a delightful crunch!
