Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)
  • ice cubes

Topping

  • fresh strawberries for garnish
  • whipped cream
  • strawberry syrup (optional, for drizzling on top)

Instructions
 

  • Add the almond milk, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cream cheese, and ice cubes to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Blend until creamy and smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more milk until you achieve the desired consistency.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup to taste.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass and, if desired, top with whipped cream or light whipped cream.
  • Top with fresh strawberries and drizzle with strawberry syrup for added flavor.
