Skewer 3 marshmallows onto each lollipop stick or straw, leaving a small gap between them to make dipping and decorating easier.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 20-second bursts, stirring after each interval, until smooth. Make sure not to overheat the chocolate.
Hold each stick and dip the marshmallows into the melted chocolate, then gently tap the stick against the side of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate.
Place the chocolate-coated marshmallow pops onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to allow them to set.
Melt the white and red candy melts in separate microwave-safe bowls. Use a spoon or piping bag to drizzle the white candy melts over the chocolate-covered marshmallows, then follow with the red candy melts. While the candy melts are still wet, sprinkle heart-shaped decorations on top.
Let the pops cool and the chocolate set completely. Once fully hardened, they’re ready to be served and enjoyed!
