Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs fresh ripe strawberries
  • 5 oz vegan chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring halfway through, until fully melted. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  • Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring the green stems remain clean.
  • Place the dipped strawberries on a wire rack lined with parchment paper to catch any excess chocolate.
  • Refrigerate the strawberries for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has fully hardened.
  • Once the chocolate is set, enjoy the strawberries, or store them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
