Grapefruit Rosemary Mocktail

Grapefruit has always been one of my favorite citrus flavors, a little tart but very refreshing. I started making this grapefruit rosemary cocktail when I wanted something simple but a little special to sip on at the end of the day. The rosemary syrup adds just the right amount of herbal flavor without being overwhelming, and the splash of lime brings everything together. It’s easy to make, not too sweet, and perfect for when you want a drink that feels a little more put-together without much effort.
